Yesterday in Sarajevo was real winter day - snow fell last night, the temperature was below zero and everything was wrapped in whiteness.
From Sarajevo's snow to pleasant Blagaj's sun
On the road to the south you can enjoy a real winter idyll especially after Pazarić and before Ivan saddle. After Jablanica there was snow only on the mountain peaks and in Mostar you were welcomed by the nice and pleasant temperature of 13-14 degrees Celsius with no snow at all.
There was a feeling like you entered a completely different state because climate was so different. Sun was shining and no winds was blowing. At the Blagaj and source of river Buna you could see people walking around without jackets and most of the guests have their lunch outside the restaurant. Good news for those who visit spring of the Buna river is that the water is sufficient for creating of the waterfall. This summer there was lack of water so the waterfall was dry.
Here is a couple of pictures taken that day.

For those of you who don't like snow and low temperatures that comes with winter we could advice to visit southern parts of Bosnia and Herzegovina - spring of the Buna river for example.
