Vlašić is a mountain located in central region of Bosnia and Herzegovina with highest peak Paljenik, 1933 meters. Vlašić is famous for it's specific kind of cheese and, more recently, by ski center Babanovac - one of the favorite destinations for winter ski sports in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Čvrsnica is a beautiful mountain located in Herzegovina 2226 meters high. Despite hot Hercegovina's climate you can find snow on Čvrsnica even in summer months.

Lupoglav is one of the eleven peaks on Prenj mountain higher than 2000 meters. Exact altitude of Lupoglav is 2102 meters above sea level and it is considered as one of the very serious climbing destinations.

Bosnia and Herzegovina has hard times these days fighting with snow and cold weather. Snowy images of blocked cities came from Sarajevo, Zenica, Tuzla, Mostar and other cities. Communications from most villages are cut off because of weather.
